Is it possible to use WS URL to invoke redmine_hudson:fetch

Currently, we have a cron job setup to invoke redmine_hudson:fetch periodically. Ideally, I'd like to create a post-build job in Jenkins that can just use wget <some_url> to have Redmine run the Jenkins fetch script, similar to how http://redmine.example.com/sys/fetch_changesets?key=<WS key> runs the fetch_changesets rake task.

We have issue #629 for this feature, but not implemented.
