First, thanks for the plugin!

When I try to use it on Redmine 2.0.2 I got an error:
An error occurred while loading the routes definition of redmine_commit_relation_editor plugin (/var/www/redmine/plugins/redmine_commit_relation_editor/config/routes.rb): uninitialized constant ActionDispatch::Routing::Routes

Can you fix it?
