No, its a wish.
Feature would be something like
foo bar #hidden text here# foo bar
which would be viewable by people who have permission to "view hidden text".
It could be used for passwords and sensitive data.

It's an interesting idea, but there is a problem.
Anyone can see a history of wiki page.
And the history page shows raw wiki text of the page. So anyone can see hidden texts.

No, Anyone can not see wiki history. There is permission for that: "View wiki history".
So in order to keep the data private the one would need to disable "View wiki history" for a group and disable "View hidden text" at the same time. Not a big deal IMO, given the benefits.
