Templates and Checklist: a match made in heaven

Description
Issue Template allows for the creation of templates with pre-filled Subject/Notes data. Meanwhile, Checklist (by RedmineCRM) allows for the creation of checklist items, below the Notes within Issues. Like a custom field, but a bit more dynamic. It would be AWESOME if these 2 plugins worked together: Template to allow Checklists created as part of the template-building process.
I don't think this would require any changes to Checklist; only need to make Template be aware of the Checklist functions if the plugin was detected as present.
