Do you need the api to create issue which applied some template?

Hi,
I just want to compose issues via template.
The purpose is "Get easier to create issues".
It is good to implement the action: create/remove/update the template.
But, it is too many for me.
On this issue1, I request to your plugin "support to read access via REST API".

So I'm going to try this client and make prototype api:)
