I installed the code review plugin but when I try to make a review it seems to create an issue with the comment, is this what is supposed to happen?

If in one diff I want to comment in 10 lines, I would have 10 tickets(issues) with it. This bloats the issue list, am I missing something?

10 comments make 10 issues.
Some of them are might be defect, others are not. And some of the defects will be fixed in next release, others are fixed in another future release. These should be managed in different issues.
