As I wrote above issue, I think some plugin conflicts with mine.

From your production log, it seems you use redmine_boards_watchers plugin and this plugin overwrite Redmine's issue/new.html with redmine_boards_watchers's one.
Let me confirm do you use this plugin?

If you could, please try to disable redmine_boards_watchers temporarily and let me know the results?

OK. I installed redmine_boards_watchers. After I removed it, issue_template can be used again. Thanks so much.

Hi Akiko.

I have the same problem but I don't have the redmine_boards_watchers plugin.

When the page was load by the first time the default template of default tracker has been loaded.
When I change the tracker the template isn't load but if I click in "Erase subject and description" it works. If I change to a "no value" in the select and change to template again work too.

Thanks for your reporting issue.

This behavior is caused as the workaround for the following issue:

And now I’m trying to refactor and fix some bugs on my Github’s repository. Though I have not released yet, please try this repository with master branch.
