言語環境を英語にしていても日本語版Joel on Softwareのページへのリンクになってしまいます。英語環境では英語のページにリンクしたいですね。

urlを言語ファイルに定義しておいてl()で取り出すようにすれば言語毎に違うリンクにできます。
