Currently(from #911), URL of this plugin page is like this: 

 <pre >http://127.0.0.1:3000/glossary/show?id=2&project_id=demo</pre> >http://127.0.0.1:3000/glossary/show?id=2&amp;project_id=demo</pre> 

 By the @routes.rb@ setting,  
 don't use "?" and adjusts to the Redmine standard URL.
