Allow selecting an issue status when creating code review issue

Hi,
It is possible to configure trackers for code reviews at project basis. This is OK. However, I think it would be OK if an issue status could be configured too.
Now, without this feature, the code review issues are created with status "New". It would be better they to be created with another status, par example "Assigned". Hence, the project manager should be able to configure the status.
