Description

Currently (plugin version 0.3.5) the macro "ref_issues" is only able to call a query by its name like this: !{{ref_issues(-q=Show open tickets)}}.
It would be nice if it were able to call a query by its id like this: !{{ref_issues(-i=5)}}.

This would prevent problems when I change a query's name (without getting a new id) - now I have to change all wiki pages containing the ref_issues macro if I change the name of a query.
